Hello! Welcome to the TEACH Robotics website. TEACH Robotics is a DFW Metroplex-based Catholic homeschool robotics team. We have been competing in the BEST Robotics competition for the past 25 years! BEST is Boosting Engineering, Science, and Technology. We participate in the Cowtown hub which is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Our team members have a deep Catholic faith that we integrate into our workdays.
Our team members range in age from 10-18. Even though that is a large age-range, we have a strong relationship that we have built through various team-building activities. TEACH Robotics loves to go out into the community and help those in need. We have gone to Feed My Starving Children to package food for the hungry. We also have partnered with Christ Child Society and Communities in Schools to reach out to lower-income students who may not be learning STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) in school. For the Christ Child Society and Communities in Schools, we have collected books to promote literacy in children as well as putting together gardening kits to teach children how to grow a garden.
TEACH Robotics also put on its first STEM Summer Camp. We had a group of 35 children that we taught various pieces of STEM. They learned about Architecture, Electricity, Space, Water, and Flight.
